100% Chardonnay

It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Thracian lowlands in Bulgaria. Emphatically citrusy on the nose, lemon, some lime, green apple, white flowers, mineral notes. Harmonious on the palate with subtle fullness, ripe acidity and fresh, fruity notes.

  Concrete tanks can last decades and require less maintenance than wood barrels.They are chemically neutral (when properly lined or seasoned), making them safe for multiple vintages.
