The grapes for the wine was gathered at the end of September from the vineyards of Winery Tsarev Brod.
The wine has fermented in small stainless steel tanks in order to control temperature for 30 days.
Aged on fine lees for eight months and was bottled at the end of June.
After aging the wine for eight months in the bottles at a constant temperature of 15 ° C, it is with color – golden-green, glossy.
Aroma: Very well developed classic variety nose with hints of petrol, wax, honey, dried flowers, fresh white mushrooms and candied citrus peel.
Taste: Excellent like structure – tight, lean and rich with hints of citrus peel and seed, flint and raw nut. Classic Riesling, noble development.
