The Cepage from winery “Tsarev Brod” consists of three sorts of grapes with which we show the white sorts in our vineyard . The ratio is:
Sauvignon Blanc 60%, Chardonnay 20%,  Traminer 20%
All sorts of grapes for this wine are harvested at the same time in mid-September 2015 from the vineyards of Winery Tsarev Brod Shumen.
Assembled like this, they fermented at 14-16 ° C for 30 days.

Vintage 2018

Aged on fine lees for five months and are bottled at the end of March.

Color: The wine has a straw yellow color with light greenish hues.

Aroma: Intense nose with fresh character, expressive aroma of citrus. Composite nose, with floral bouquet and lovely taste of honey, apple and nuts. Flowery aromas.

Taste: Soft and fresh body with good density, moderate acidity and a long finish.
