AROMA: The nose is complex and pronounced, reminiscent of cassis, blackberry and black mulberry. Balanced taste with fruity and elegant notes. The body is round with flavors of vanilla and confiture. Lingering and spicy finish with an aftertaste of dark chocolate and caramel. It has the highest rating in the 2016 Ka&Ta Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine.
