Tsarev Brod - Riesling Amber Harvest 2018

The Grapes were collected in the middle of October 2018 from the own wineyards in North East Bulgaria, near Shumen.

The wine fermented under controlled temperature of 18 degrees, for about 60 days!

Aged on the sludge for 12 months without any preservative.

Bottled at the end of November 2019.

Color: Bright, vibrant, golden color with a green tinge.

Aroma: Magnificent nose, with a noble, refined aroma of caramelized apricot, roasted nuts, resin, wax, quince with honey and mineral.

Taste: Magnificent body with exceptional balance and soft freshness, juicy, round, long and salty.

Definitely one of the best Amber Harvest Rieslings you have ever tried (if not the best one!)
