Tsarev Brod

Tsarev Brod Winery, located in the Shumen village of Tsarev Brod between Bulgaria's historic capitals of Pliska and Veliki Preslav, was established by Ivan Ivanov and his family, who began planting vineyards in 2001. The winery, built in 2015 next to the vineyard, produces high-quality wines exclusively from its 400-acre estate. Known as the "home of white wine variety," the region's exceptional terroir supports the cultivation of grape varieties like Gergana, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc for white wines, and Evmolpia, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc for red and rosé wines.
