The wine reflects its name by blending three different grape varieties in honor of the three generations.
The Blend: 50% Mavrud (a native Bulgarian grape), 30% Syrah, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: It is aged for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle before release.
The name of the wine pays tribute to the three generations of the Kostadinov family who founded and run the winery. In 2001, the grandfather (Dimitar), the father, and the son (Dimitar Kostadinov) sat down in their living room in Parvomay to plan the winery. The grandfather managed operations, the father secured the funding, and the son returned from his studies abroad to fulfill a promise to run it.
Tasting Notes: Intensive ruby red color with aromas of dark red fruits (black cherry, blackberry), pepper, vanilla, and hints of cinnamon or leather. It has a smooth texture, ripe tannins, and a balanced structure. Full body wine.
Certification: It is 100% certified organic (BIO).
