Aroma: An aroma dominated by rose, lime, zitrus, lemon grass and pear complemented by white peach and grapefruit.

Taste: The colour is pale lemon. On the nose: aromas of rose, lime and freshly cut grass. Medium body with excellent balance and preserved freshness. An elegant and salty finish with an intriguing bitter note. Recommended serving temperature - 10 - 12⁰С.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or with appetizers, as well as with light pasta, fish and chicken, omelettes, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses. MUST TRY
