Sweet Mavrud_Noble

• Grape Variety: 100% organic Mavrud from Thracian Valley, Bulgaria 
• Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are left to dry in an open, well-ventilated space for about 3 months (similar to the passito / appassimento method used for their famous Vinica wine, but extended longer) to naturally concentrate sugars, acidity, and flavors.
• Aging: No barrel aging 
• Alcohol Content: Around 13% – 14% 
• Bottle Size:  0.375 l (half-bottle) 
• Tasting Notes: Deep inky-red color with a rich aroma of dried plums, blackcurrants, caramel, chocolate, mint, walnut leaves, and dry leaves. On the palate, it is sweet and powerful yet balanced with lively acidity, velvety tannins, and a persistent finish
