BIO Wine “NAKED” is a certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from 100% organically certified grapes, limited yield of just 400 kg per decare, grown in vineyards with a carefully managed. Harvested at the peak of ripeness at the end of October, the grapes undergo a meticulous and certified vinification process.

Our expert oenologists use innovative and precise techniques, ensuring minimal intervention and preserving the pure essence of the grape juice. With very low SO₂ levels, this wine showcases the true expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The entire process—from the vineyard to the bottle—is certified organic, ensuring sustainability and purity. Fermentation and aging take place solely in stainless steel tanks, maintaining precise temperature control and avoiding oak contact, preserving the unaltered flavor profile of the grapes.

COLOR: The result is a deep ruby-red wine with aromas of ripe dark fruits like blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry. On the palate, its smooth tannins deliver a well- defined structure and a soft, memorable finish.
