The grapes for this wine are sourced from a plot in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, nearly 700 meters above se a level. A carefully selected clone of Sauvignon Blanc was chosen, ideal for the unique soil and climate of this micro-region. With limited yields, early morning harvesting, and precise temperature control during vinification, the result is a wine that authentically expresses its terroir and the skill of our winemakers.
