Dark garnet color. The marvellous bouquet comes with aromas of forest fruits, plum, cocoa and vanilla. Splendid taste, middle structured composes of silk tannins that make it round and harmonious. The fragrant and lasting finish completes the overall finesse of this wine.

Winemaking:

• Manual harvesting and quality control on the vineyard
• Destemming and berries selection on the vibrating tables
• Filling the concrete tanks by gravity with whole berries
• Cold maceration: 5-7 days at 10-12⁰ C
• Alcohol fermentation: 5-10 days at 24-26 ⁰ C
• Hot maceration: 10-14 days at 28-30 ⁰ C
• Malolactic fermentation
• Ageing in French oak barrels:10 % -12 months,40 % -24 months and 50 % – 36 months
