NO temperature control
NO stabilization
NO filtration
NO added sulphites

One of the wilder vintages of this wine that Eddi has made so far, this leads with wiry elderflower aromas and a little volatility. There’s a hint of sweetness on the finish.

This is a wine that usually does well with a few years’ bottle age. So definitely worth revisiting in 2023 or 2025.
