NEW Rossidi Mavrud 2020

Second vintage Rossidi produce wine from indigenous Bulgarian grape variety Mavrud.

Color: Very gentle and elegant style ( the new wave of modern Bulgarian wine) of Mavrud - medium intensive, medium dark cherry red color.

Aroma: Complex, expressive aromas on the nose. Medium body!

Chilled it a bit before consumption . Pair it with spicy dishes, soft cheeses and meat. With duck is also a great match for all the senses!

" We believe wine needs to reflect the terroir it comes from, as well as the main features of the variety it is made of. It should not be a commercial product deliberately shaped by high tech equipment to match the current fashionable taste", shares Rossidi's team with us.
