About the Wine

Angelica Rosé brings together three noble grape varieties — Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon — into a harmonious rosé with depth, elegance and character. The grapes were personally selected by the winemakers at Chateau Copsa.

Crafted using the South-French Saignée method: gentle pressing of the berries with brief skin contact gives the wine its characteristic brilliant colour with salmon hues — without extracting tannins.

On the nose, red fruits and wild berries unfold. On the palate, a pleasant and inviting freshness that immediately makes you want another sip.

Angelica Rosé is more than a wine — it is a symbol of the light, strength and inspiration that every woman carries within her. For Chateau Copsa's 20th anniversary, the bottle arrives in a completely new design.
