The grapes for the wine was gathered at the end of December in a semi iced condition. Then the grapes was freezed completely, the technology is only the water in it to freeze. Like this, after a slow pressing comes out only the concentrated grapes’ must.
After fermentation the wine ages for 12 months in recycled oak.

Color: Beautiful ,golden color with with amber hues.

Aroma: Sophisticated ,very tempting nose with tangs of fig jam, dried flowers, raisin, sugared orange peels ,quince and honey.

Taste: The wine is very well balanced between sweetness and fresh taste, noble development , that lasts in the taste aroma. Middle , calm ending, that leaves the memory of beeswax, honey and acacia. Dense body.
